Fleux Watches, founded by Canadian watch collector and entrepreneur Edward Cho, is a new brand inspired by vintage designs, aiming to recreate the charm of 1960s and 1970s timepieces with modern components. Its debut models, the FLX001 and FLX002, feature classic diver aesthetics, Hesalite crystals for a retro touch, and the FLX002's bezel pays tribute to the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms with its minimalist design.
Fleux Watches is the brainchild of Edward Cho, a Canadian watch collector and hospitality entrepreneur. Ed challenged himself to design a watch that looked like it was transported from the 1960s but made with modern technology and components. Drawing inspiration from iconic models of the past, Fleux is a new brand making its debut with a pair of vintage-inspired diver watches, the FLX001 and FLX002. Crafted with precision and attention to detail, the FLX001 and FLX002 reflect the classic shapes that were popular in the 1970s. For the crystal, Fleux opted for a retro touch, choosing Hesalite instead of modern sapphire crystal. The bezel of the FLX002 pays homage to the Blancpa1n Fifty Fathoms, distinguished by its lack of minute markers, adding to its vintage charm.
